The Job
We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing) to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel user acquisition strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align your strategies with product launches and seasonal promotions. Your primary goal will be to optimize marketing spend, minimize cost per acquisition, and drive user growth in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive user acquisition plans, incorporating various channels and tactics.
  2. Campaign Management: Set up and manage advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, controlling budgets, bids, and targeting parameters.
  3. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (CPI, CPA, LTV) using analytics and attribution tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  4. Experimentation: Continuously test new channels, creatives, and messaging to identify opportunities for improvement and drive incremental growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing user acquisition or performance marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
