Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Back End Developer Salesforce B2B Commerce to join our team of professionals who bring about digital transformation for businesses around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Design and develop server-side logic and APIs to support the functionality of web applications;
- Implement and maintain databases and data models to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval;
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code using programming languages;
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of back-end systems to identify and resolve issues;
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of back-end systems;
- Optimize back-end code and database queries for performance and scalability;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in back-end development;
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate front-end components with back-end systems;
- Ensure the security and integrity of back-end systems by implementing appropriate security measures;
- Document technical specifications, code and processes for future reference.
Requirements
- Proficiency in back-end programming languages and frameworks;
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
- Knowledge of database design and query optimization;
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services;
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git;
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
