Job Overview

TTEC is seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating reports to highlight differences using Excel and Google Sheets, analyzing data to identify likely errors and preparing reports due as a result of your analysis.

You will also be responsible for creating, planning and driving process improvement initiatives in any and all aspects of program operation with stakeholders. This includes creating, generating and updating new reports and dashboards as requested by Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. On-time delivery of value-add input/data/analysis to support the Operations or Client
  2. Create/update/improve daily and weekly reports - ensure there is no broken formula, inaccurate data that all Agents/Teams/Site are accounted
  3. Create/update/improve weekly presentations - adapting the presentation (content + design) proactively based on identified trends and insights on client feedback.
  4. On Report/Presentation - formulate insights, identify trends or outliers and flag issues on the different presentation/reports created
  5. Consistently supporting leadership in operation management - being present and the main point of reference during weekly reviews with the Client meeting on data accuracy
  6. Expertise - be able to articulate clearly data trends and the factors shaping those trends from a reporting perspective.
  7. Educate Leadership team on the use, meaning and limitation of the presentation, reports, data, analysis or improvement/alteration of the said items
  8. Supporting the operations with ad-hoc requests
