Tourism Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tourism Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Offer solutions and advice to customers regarding our services.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing responsible treatment of each contact.
- Achieve performance targets defined by the project.
- Ensure the success of the department.
- Guarantee client satisfaction and high-quality service.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Native level of French and fluent level of English.
- EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
- Passion for the Tourism industry (studies or experience a plus).
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Will to learn, develop, and acquire new skills.
- Dynamism and self-motivation.
- Open-mindedness, teamwork spirit, and willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to the job.

- Rotating shifts 24/7 (Monday to Sunday).
- Competitive salary: €890 gross/month x 14 months + €100/month language bonus + up to €100/month performance bonus.
