Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tourism Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Offer solutions and advice to customers regarding our services.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing responsible treatment of each contact.
  • Achieve performance targets defined by the project.
  • Ensure the success of the department.
  • Guarantee client satisfaction and high-quality service.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native level of French and fluent level of English.
  • EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Passion for the Tourism industry (studies or experience a plus).
  • Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Will to learn, develop, and acquire new skills.
  • Dynamism and self-motivation.
  • Open-mindedness, teamwork spirit, and willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to the job.

  • Competitive salary: €890 gross/month x 14 months + €100/month language bonus + up to €100/month performance bonus.
