As a Project Manufacturing Leader, you will play a critical role in the industrialization of production lines across various TE plant locations. Your goal will be to define and implement the best production systems and line concepts, ensuring compliance with TE Global Auto industrial strategy and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design for Manufacturing: Contribute to product design that meets TE Industrial Targets and maximizes production profitability.
  • Footprint and Make or Buy Studies: Conduct preliminary footprint analysis and comparative make or buy studies.
  • Production System Definition: Organize, lead, and follow up on Lean Industrial Design workshops, involving program and plant team functions. Build initial program internal material and information flow diagrams, line layouts, and production system and logistics areas footprint calculations.
  • Process FMEA: Participate in defining key product characteristics and key control characteristics. Coordinate and lead PFMEA methodology during program phase with process experts.
  • CER Committee: Optimize program investment through reuse, bundling, and massification. Build and monitor detailed program investment lists.
  • Industrial Performance: Define and track main industrial performance indicators, including direct labor headcount, scrap process rate, process capabilities, capacity status, and process cycle time.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in production or industrial area, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong ability to work in an international and multicultural environment with complex matrix organization.
  • Team building and positive mindset.
  • Leadership with ability to interact and coordinate complex subjects with technical teams.
  • Proactive with a vision of long-term impact and problem anticipation.
  • Knowledge in project management process, quality control tools in production, TEOA, and Lean Line Design.
  • Result-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English required.
