We are seeking a Cloud AI Services Manager to join our team at TN Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and delivering cloud-based AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Your primary focus will be on designing and developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, leveraging cloud technologies and Azure AI services. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored AI products that drive transformation and improvement.
- Develop PoCs using Pre-trained Foundation Models and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and implement results.
- Apply prompt-engineering techniques to specific use cases and model types, ensuring scalability and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with clients to rapidly develop AI solutions using Azure AI, addressing data privacy, model explainability, and bias mitigation.
- Design, implement, and productize AI pipelines with best practices and tools for seamless data handling, preprocessing, prompt design, and engineering.
- Architect end-to-end LLMOps solutions using cloud technologies, automation, and orchestration tools, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- 2+ years of experience in designing and delivering AI/ML solutions, with a strong understanding of LLM workflows and lifecycle management frameworks.
- Proficiency in using Visual Studio Code, Python, and other commonly used languages in AI/ML development.
- Experience with relevant cloud technologies, ideally MS Azure or AWS, GCP, and expertise in leveraging them for large-scale AI workloads.
- Knowledge of Azure AI services, including Azure AI Search, and experience building AI products using LLMs, embeddings, or other natural language technologies.
- Strong understanding of key concepts in Foundation Models literature and expertise in building and deploying them for real-world examples.
