As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth at digital agencies in Lisbon. Your key objectives will include analyzing data to optimize campaign ROI, defining digital strategies, and strengthening relationships between agencies and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will possess a native level of German and at least a B2 level of English, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and previous experience (1-2 years) in sales, digital advertisement, or PPC campaigns. Strong negotiation skills, familiarity with social media, and knowledge of the value of good customer experience are also essential. Good communication skills, including being an attentive listener, comfortable communicator, and proactive worker, are necessary for success in this role. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon is required, and having a valid Portuguese work permit is essential.
We offer a fixed-term contract for one year with the possibility of renewal, working hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, in an international atmosphere with expatriate lifestyle benefits. You will receive free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company. Career opportunities in different career paths are available, and paid training is provided. Salary conditions include:
- Including free accommodation: €1033 gross/month + up to €500 monthly bonus
- Without accommodation: €1400 gross/month + up to €500 monthly bonus
International applicants will be reimbursed for their initial flight costs after 9 months, picked up from the airport, and given an annual return ticket to their home country within the EU. Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc., will be provided upon arrival.
