Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to support the Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center and the Data, Operations and Technology Knowledge Center at Nova School of Business and Economics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive communication plan that contributes to the success of all projects.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a communication strategy that aligns with the school's goals and objectives
- Manage social media profiles, including LinkedIn, to create engaging content and analyze data
- Support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns
- Develop and manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, annual reports, and database management
- Create visual content for proposals, reports, and press releases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related field (not mandatory)
- Proven experience of 2 years in a similar role
- Experience with design and communication tools (e.g., Canvas, Mailchimp)
- Excellent oral and written fluency in English (mandatory)
