Job Description:

The Cloud & Network Services (CNS) business group serves as a strategic partner to Nokia, driving innovation and growth across the organization. Our team is responsible for configuring, managing, and executing supply chain operations within the EMEA region.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our CNS Operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and validating customer order intake, managing orders, and overseeing procurement execution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Validating customer purchase orders and equipment/service orders
  • Managing ordering processes for hardware, software, and services
  • Coordinating export, import, and customs processes
  • Capturing demand, purchasing goods, and verifying invoices
  • Planning transportation and verifying freight costs

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to take initiative and solve unexpected problems. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related field
  • Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German fluency highly desirable
  • Previous experience with SAP Blue Planet ERP
