Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst/Data Evangelist, you will play a key role in identifying technology gaps in existing business processes and developing mitigation plans to close these gaps, enabling more efficient workflows and improved decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

  • IDentify technology gaps in existing business processes and develop plans to close these gaps
  • Design and optimize business processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Partner with key business units and stakeholders to identify opportunities for data democratization and the adoption of self-service analytics tools
  • Develop onboarding plans and roadmaps for integrating new business units into the self-service analytics ecosystem
  • Measure the effectiveness and risks of self-service analytics initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Solid understanding of business process design and technological solutions
  • Proven ability to drive change and adoption of new technologies
  • Experience in onboarding, training, and upskilling teams
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
