ROLE SUMMARY

All staff at St. Peter's are involved in the pastoral life of the school, and the role will offer opportunities for contribution to co-curricular clubs and enrichment.

To join our team in August 2024, we are seeking a well-qualified and talented Mathematics Teacher to teach Cambridge Lower Secondary Mathematics, IGCSE Mathematics, and IB DP Mathematics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to deliver inspirational and interactive lessons that challenge and support all pupils to achieve their best outcomes. Experience in teaching IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme courses will be regarded positively.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • A university degree in mathematics or a related field
  • Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to make the subject engaging for students
  • A clear vision for outstanding teaching and learning
  • Strong organisational skills and adaptability
  • The ability to use ICT effectively in teaching
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for teaching

SALARY:$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience
