This Premium Mobile Games Producer Lead position offers a unique opportunity to join Tn Portugal's team of passionate gaming professionals. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project management. Your expertise in premium games development, combined with your leadership skills and passion for gaming, will enable you to drive projects forward and achieve exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- 6+ years of experience in the Games Industry, with a focus on premium games development
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects, including at least one shipped game
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines and processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
