Role Overview
The Growth Marketing specialist will play a key role in driving e-commerce marketing initiatives across relevant customer touchpoints, channels and platforms.
This includes strategizing & executing performance marketing plans, working with relevant teams to optimize website performance, SEO, affiliates, email and mobile marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention & loyalty.
You will also keep up to date with market & industry trends and insights.
- You will develop monthly marketing plans across paid and owned channels including Performance Marketing, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, SEO, Website & other touchpoints.
- You will oversee and manage relationship with third party digital agencies to ensure setup, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- You will work with different team members (including analytics, platform management and marketing) to develop data-backed insights and recommendations for budget utilization and campaign optimization.
