Responsabilidades:

  • Oversee financial and accounting processes to ensure compliance with Corporate and local policies, statutory requirements, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles/Standards and ethical standards with unyielding integrity;
  • Support the Country Controller with independent auditors (external and internal);
  • Complete and review accounting close activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations;
  • Manage administration of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control accounting, payroll, and local tax payments;
  • Help in allocation items in the Balance in coordination with the Local and GBS team.
  • Responsible for all taxes are presenting them on time. Payment and calculation of all local taxes; maintains of all substantiation records for tax.
  • Prepare financial Statement. Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Committee. Prepare financial reports to support the analysis of main KPI's. Prepare accurate financial statements in US and Local GAAP.
  • Perfil ideal:
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting;
    • Solid expertise in Accounting, Tax and Management Control;
    • Strong command of SAP, Hyperion, and Tableau; ERP experience is preferred;
    • Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards;
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish is a plus;
    • Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop teams effectively;
    • Skilled in working across departments with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
