Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Support Specialist to join our team at Equinix in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to implement and manage the integrated quality management system, including ISO27001, PCI-DSS, ISAE3402, SOC 1 & 2, ISO22301, ISO9001, ISO50001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. You will work closely with regional and global leaders to ensure full compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Support: Coordinate audit evidence, ensure timely resolution of findings, and maintain compliance standards.

  • Certification Management: Maintain and distribute certification assets to stakeholders, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

  • Management Systems: Update management system assets by initiating document change requests and ensure adherence to local procedures.

  • Reporting: Produce detailed compliance reports for local management, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics.

  • Training Development: Develop and track compliance training requirements, ensuring all team members meet necessary standards and competencies.

  • Investigation Support: Assist in investigations related to compliance issues, gathering evidence and supporting corrective actions.
