\We are seeking a highly experienced Unified Communications Expert to join our team in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining unified communications solutions to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Design and implement unified communications solutions to enhance employee productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system improvements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot unified communications systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement testing and validation procedures to ensure quality and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
\- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or communications) and at least 2 years of post-related experience.
- Alternatively, at least 6 years of progressive experience in duties related to the role without a university degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing unified communications solutions.
- Proven experience with communication and collaboration software (e.g., video conferencing systems, team messaging platforms).
- Solid understanding of SIP, H.323, and PSTN signaling protocols.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex IP network issues related to QoS and other technical challenges.
- Certified ITIL Foundation.
