We are a dynamic multicultural team seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join us in Lisbon. This role involves various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

The Role:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations).
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Provide guidance and support for employees, assist in conflict resolution.
  • Support goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare employment contracts, HR policies, and procedures manuals.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Openness and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
