About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Communication Officer to join our Communication and Institutional Affairs department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies aligned with our objectives.

- Create relevant and engaging content for various communication channels, including website, intranet, newsletters, social networks, and other digital media.

- Define and implement our social media management strategy, including content planning, metrics monitoring, and interaction with the online community.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure message consistency and alignment with our values in the content developed.

- Monitor media coverage and manage media relations.

- Stay up-to-date on trends in communication, especially in social networks and digital communication, and propose new approaches and tools.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor (BSc) degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related area.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, metrics analysis, and community management.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt complex messages to different audiences and channels.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative spirit, with the ability to generate original and impactful ideas.
  • Strong professional ethics, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • High level of English is essential.
  • Design knowledge and experience will be highly valued.
Working with Us

We offer outstanding working conditions, including a full-time contract, starting predictably in October 2024, providing fundamental support to the excellent research developed at the Institute.

- 36 months employment contract.

- Gross monthly remuneration will be defined taking into consideration the background and experience of the candidate, plus meal allowance for each working day.

- Holidays and Christmas allowances.
