About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Data Visualization Lead to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will design and deploy robust dashboards to track sales performance, customer insights, and marketing metrics across the globe.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data analytics, sales force effectiveness, CRM, or digital area, ideally within the healthcare or a similar industry. A degree (or equivalent) in marketing, engineering, IT, or similar area is required. IDM or CIM certified ideal. MBA a strong plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy robust dashboards to track sales performance, customer insights, and marketing metrics.
- Communicate with and manage stakeholders to align the deployment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in franchises, functions, and affiliates to gather requirements for KPIs and determine dashboard needs.
- Implement data visualization best practices to create user-friendly and insightful dashboards.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security with dashboard systems and distribution.
- Continuously optimize and enhance dashboards based on feedback and changing needs in the commercial organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, sales force effectiveness, CRM, or digital area.
- Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, engineering, IT, or similar area.
- IDM or CIM certified ideal. MBA a strong plus.
- Proven track record of analytical skills and data visualization.
