Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Travel Agent to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic about traveling and the tourism industry, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Booking management, including altering, cancelling or creating new reservations
  • Assisting clients via inbound calls in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending potential requests
  • Managing the reservations back-office, including ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • €1080 gross/month including free accommodation, or €1450 gross/month excluding accommodation
  • Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
