We're seeking a highly skilled professional with a talent for solving complex problems and making informed decisions. Your expertise in international trade will be invaluable as you lead our brokerage team in navigating customs regulations and ensuring seamless operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily management of personnel under your responsibility
  • Communication: pre-work instructions, procedures, department meetings
  • Facilitate the correct execution of procedures and systems management
  • Carry out general brokerage and tax assessment tasks for importing international orders
  • SUPPORT DAILY (and holiday) resource planning, adjustments and plan execution

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A flexible and analytical profile
  • Definition and monitoring of KPIs
  • Professional training is essential. University training will be valued
  • Experience or training in international trade or similar is valued
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook – User level
  • Schedule flexibility. Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday
  • Essential knowledge of English (B1)
  • Knowledge of Spanish is valued
  • Fluent in Portuguese
