We are seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
Your primary focus will be on providing technical assistance to our customers based in France and other English-speaking countries via phone and email. You will also be required to provide support through our ticket system, responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
In addition to technical support, you will also be responsible for preparing offers for prospective customers, tailoring solutions to meet their individual needs. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our software solutions.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with additional languages being a plus.
