Phiture is seeking a highly skilled Configuration & Data Management Administrator to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves performing administrative and support functions, ensuring the organization and control of aircraft historical records (paper and electronic), allowing for unimpeded access and productivity by Maintenance and authorized company personnel and Regulatory Authorities.
About the Role
- Apply NetJets Safety Policy and Management System requirements to maintain an ambassador's role in promoting company safety requirements;
- Manage tasks and projects effectively to achieve a successful outcome;
- Maintain information within CMTS as advised by the Configuration & Data Management Supervisor;
- Ensure all processes and Technical and Operational data requirements associated with the control of Aircraft Flight Logs are actioned daily, guaranteeing full regulatory compliance and limited backlog;
- Create electronic logbooks for, and support with, the aircraft disposal process and off-wing Maintenance events;
- Perform uploads of Maintenance related documents in Comply365 (Data Management System);
- Support the CAMO Regulatory Manager and team with designated projects to successfully achieve compliance requirements and company defined initiatives and goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic knowledge of aviation industry, preferably within a Part-M or Part-145 organization;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Educational Requirements
High School diploma required.
Compensation Package
We offer an estimated annual salary range of $50,000-$60,000 based on location and experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development.
