About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our mobile development squad, you will be responsible for crafting cutting-edge financial features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and spearheading initiatives to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft critical architectural and UI features that directly impact end-users
  • Foster meaningful collaboration with backend teams, designers, and product managers to create a unified vision
  • Solve real-time synchronization issues and lead new initiatives
  • Maintain exceptional quality by implementing continuous refactoring and unit testing to enhance the codebase

Our Tech Stack:

  • Kotlin as our primary language
  • MVVM & Clean architecture using the Coordinator pattern
  • Coroutines and Flows for efficient data processing
  • Jetpack Compose for modern UI components
  • GitLab for CI/CD pipeline management

Your Future Head of Mobile:

You will be reporting to either Guillaume or Sylvain, both experienced software engineers who have successfully led the mobile team at Qonto. With their guidance, you will contribute to shaping the future of our mobile app and driving innovation in the fintech industry.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a mobile engineer with a background in the Android development lifecycle
  • Mastery: Development experience in Android and a good understanding of the Android SDK
