**Job Description:**

We are seeking an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in problem resolution to join our Cisco CX Centers team. As a Technical Consulting Engineer, you will work closely with other stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer support.

  • Actively assist other technical consulting engineers and global delivery partners worldwide in problem resolution.
  • Interact effectively with engineering teams to solve complex problems.
  • Submit effective escalations with engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of software languages to understand the scope and content of bug fixes and code commits.
  • A passion for automation, orchestration, and/or virtualization to automate and simplify repetitive analysis or lab tasks.

You will work primarily within the Cisco wireless technology area, participating in new product introductions and internal projects from your primary domain of expertise. You will also have the possibility to be involved in any of the other available networking domains.
