As a Product Compliance Project Manager, you will lead worldwide electrical compliance for machine maintenance and market expansion, adapting to technical changes. You will support compliance monitoring with appropriate reporting tools (PLM) across different compliance categories. Additionally, you will manage large-scale projects to improve product animation, site deployment, and processes, as well as coordinate approval processes with OEMs and external laboratories, maintaining compliance certificates via the Approval IT Tool.
A Day in the Life of a Product Compliance Project Manager
• Electrical Compliance: Oversee the global implementation of electrical compliance for machine maintenance and market expansion, ensuring seamless adaptation to technical changes.
• Compliance Monitoring: Utilize PLM reporting tools to monitor compliance across various categories, including labeling, food contact materials (FCM), and environmental standards.
• Project Leadership: Lead large-scale projects aimed at enhancing product animation, site deployment, and process efficiency.
• Approval Processes: Coordinate with OEMs and external laboratories to maintain compliance certificates using the Approval IT Tool.
• Market Expansion Support: Validate labels and provide support for market expansion activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Documentation Management: Archive and maintain documentation related to compliance, keeping stakeholders informed of regulatory updates.
What Makes You Successful
We seek a candidate with strong discipline, excellent communication and teamwork skills, stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in project management. A university degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, experience in product certification and compliance domains, understanding of compliance standards and regulations, knowledge of connectivity technologies, familiarity with food safety and regulatory compliance, and a high level of self-awareness and openness to feedback are also essential.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. The actual salary will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and performance.
