We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Director for E-commerce to join our marketing team at TN Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the full creative process from scripting to final production to produce high-converting ad creatives that drive measurable improvements across digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full creative process, from scripting to final production, to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Collaborating with our Content Manager to source and manage content for marketing campaigns.
  • Utilizing data to analyze and improve creative performance on Meta ads.
  • Researching, ideating, and scripting UGC direct response creatives.

  • Conducting strategic customer and competitor research to optimize creative output.

Requirements:
