We are seeking a highly skilled Turkish Language Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working with prestigious worldwide brands.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Providing support and direction to customers and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
- Troubleshooting using open questions, support documents, and system training
- Offering recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, good listening and empathy skills, as well as strong time management skills. You should also be available to work in rotating shifts and have good computer skills.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have a native fluency in Turkish, a B2 level of English, and a valid work permit for Portugal. Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
This is a fixed-term, renewable employment contract with a competitive salary and benefits package, including meal vouchers, private health insurance after 6 months, and sports activities.
