About the Position
In this role, you will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to an informed buyer. You will conduct discovery calls, provide demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls and provide demos to customers
- Help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk
- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role
Requirements
We require a highly motivated individual with 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the full sales cycle. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English are necessary. Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes are also required.
