The ideal candidate should have a keen eye and be able to translate feedback from multiple stakeholders into winning creative. Experience working collaboratively on creative teams, either at an agency or in-house or both, is essential. The ability to shift priorities quickly and deliver great work under deadline pressure is crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Develop visual concepts for digital ads, social media graphics, landing pages, and animated assets.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to create content-driven campaigns that engage users.
  • Analyze ad performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize designs accordingly.
  • Maintain consistency across all designs by adhering to PagerDuty's brand guidelines and voice.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within SaaS, B2B tech, or advertising environments.
  • Expertise in graphic design, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing digital ads and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and tools like Figma or Sketch.
