The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment tasks.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, focusing on Portuguese-speaking candidates, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, and conducting interviews and evaluations.
