Job Role
We are seeking experienced Java Developers to join our client's team to develop an Advanced Trading web application. The project offers various challenges like setting reporting pipelines for futures, trade data services, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, low-latency, and fault-tolerant solutions.
- Emphasize code quality through thorough code reviews and extensive testing.
- Manage the order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, routing, execution, option price calculation, and reconciliation.
Technical Requirements
- Apollo Spark, Apache Airflow, and Presto.
- SQL, Postgre, Kafka.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
Qualifications
Must-have skills:
- 4+ years of experience with Java.
- Experience with a variety of data technologies such as SQL, Postgre.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
- B2+ English to communicate with multicultural teams and a US customer.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Trading and capital markets background.
- Experience with PySpark and programming in Python.
- People management experience.
