**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team at TN Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contract negotiations and document processes for Product Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage simple contract negotiations and document processes.
  • Review, revise, draft, and negotiate Customer-related volume purchase/buying group agreements, rebate agreements, and Product Marketing-related modifications.
  • Provide advice to Sales and other related departments regarding business issues/risks.
  • Negotiate Strategic Initiatives agreements.
  • Assist in developing mitigation strategies and negotiating favorable contract terms.
  • Identify process improvements and participate in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Research and prepare responses to RFP, RFI, and RFQs.
  • Perform contract compliance functions, including reviewing agreements, implementing terms, and auditing selected databases.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in negotiation and/or contract/document handling.
  • Knowledge of internal processes desirable.
  • Legal training, paralegal certificate, or other educational background stressing analytical and writing skills desirable.
  • Strong verbal, analytical, and writing skills; English mastery required.
  • Able to build solid working relationships with others and express ideas clearly.
