Your Role: As a Property Management Coordinator, you will create and post listings for available properties, respond to inquiries and schedule property showings. You will also interact professionally with tenants to address their needs and concerns. Your responsibilities include conducting move-in/move-out inspections, preparing lists of maintenance issues for short term and mid term rentals and coordinating repairs. Additionally, you will build positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals and provide customer care towards guests and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and post listings for available properties
  2. Respond to inquiries and schedule property showings
  3. Interact professionally with tenants to address their needs and concerns
  4. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
  5. Prepare lists of maintenance issues for short term and mid term rentals and coordinate repairs
  6. Build positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals
  7. Provide customer care towards guests and tenants

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed as a Property Management Coordinator at Homerun, you should have at least 2 years of full-time commercial or real estate experience, preferably with a business degree or hospitality degree. We seek quality-centric individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, and can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. You should be flexible with your working hours and willing to work on weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude, and the ability to bring tasks to closure, we want to hear from you

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary based on experience: €1000-€1200 gross. Start date is ASAP.
