We are seeking a skilled Video Content Analyst to join our team at Cross Border Talents, a leading professional services company. As a Video Content Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reviewing user reports regarding website content and identifying non-compliant content for action.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Analysis: Review user reports and analyze content to identify potential issues.
  • Flagging and Escalation: Flag non-compliant content for timely action and escalate as necessary.
  • Decision-Making: Make well-balanced decisions to resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures.
  • Solution Development: Utilize market-specific knowledge and insights to develop solutions that improve support for the user community.
  • Sensitive Content Review: Review sensitive content, which may involve graphic or disturbing subject matter.


Requirements:

  • Czech Fluency: Fluency in Czech (at least C1 level, ideally native).
  • Language Skills: B2 level of English.
  • Availability: Availability to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week (24/7 availability).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Neutrality: Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification.
  • Citizenship/Residence Permit: Holder of a Portuguese residence permit/EU citizenship.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
