Machine Learning Team Lead

At Robert Walters Plc, we are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Team Lead to join our team. As a Machine Learning Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing AI products for various applications, ranging from detection of fraudulent activity to personalized gaming recommendations, and from AI-powered co-pilots to CRM optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the team and the full lifecycle of projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable model training and inference pipelines in a distributed production environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices in Python that host and serve ML models in production.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools that enable CI/CD/CT, performant feature engineering, experiment tracking, and data and model versioning.

Requirements:
• 2+ years in managing Machine Learning engineers and the lifecycle of projects.
• Hands-on experience in software development using Python in a production environment.
• Good understanding of software system design and the ML project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow, ML algorithms, and models.
• Experience with cloud providers like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with PySpark and Databricks.
