What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will monitor end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay performance process for small, medium & larger countries. They will lead projects and drive enhancements to the PtP process overall, partnering with regional business stakeholders on PtP-related process and system issues. The ideal candidate will advise all parties – business stakeholders, shared services, and FedEx suppliers – on solutions to complex PtP challenges while also helping to deploy specific solutions and improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a background in finance, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Purchase to Pay. Proven experience in posting invoices, searching for invoices, vendors, payments, purchase orders, etc., as well as knowledge and experience of the end-to-end Purchase to Pay process is essential. Experience with leading (Purchase to Pay) projects and business partnering (projects) in Purchase to Pay is also required. Fluency in English is necessary, with other desired languages being German, French, Italian, Dutch (B2 Level). Excellent Excel skills and ability to pay close attention to detail are also crucial.
