As a ServiceNow Developer at Grupo Data, you will play a crucial role in creating forms, workflows, and prototypes that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in designing, coding, and testing solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Create efficient and scalable forms, workflows, and prototypes using ServiceNow's platform
  • Develop and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives
  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions to improve overall performance
  • Maintain high-quality coding standards and contribute to the development of internal meeting objectives and agendas
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and promote active listening among team members
  • Assume additional responsibility without being asked and foster mutual trust within the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT architecture and IT service management processes
  • Experience working with HR modules, Service Portal, Agent workspace, Virtual agent, Dynamic Translation, NLU, and SecOps
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and preferred certifications in ServiceNow Admin and ITIL v3 Foundation
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Web Technologies, including XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and more

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Portugal while contributing to the success of our global operations.
