About the Position

We are seeking a Director of Testing Strategy to join our teams in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a detailed testing strategy for our QA portfolio of offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to meet project and organizational goals.
  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of commercial strategies and go-to-market approaches.
  • SUPPORT AND DEVELOP THE TEAM ENSURING SUSTAINABLE GROWTH OF BUSINESS AND PEOPLE SKILLS.
Requirements:
  • Experience of leading testing scope (delivery and sales)
  • Test automation know-how and proven implementation experience
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
