Job Description
As a Scrum Master at Asenium, you will be responsible for leading impactful development projects and driving team success. Your primary goal is to facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure Agile best practices are applied across the development teams, work closely with Product Owners to define and refine the product backlog, promote continuous improvement, and foster a culture of innovation.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software development projects, strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Agile principles, hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, strong stakeholder management skills, working with developers, product owners, and business teams, and fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Ensure Agile best practices are applied across the development teams
  • Work closely with Product Owners to define and refine the product backlog
  • Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation
  • Track and report Agile metrics to measure team performance

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software development projects
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Agile principles
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working with developers, product owners, and business teams
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Professional with Scrum Master Certification (PSM II or A-CSM)
