Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Visual Design Director to lead our design team and shape the visual identity of our brands across all platforms. As part of our leadership team, you will play a key role in elevating our creative output and driving business results through innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong conceptual visual design work with clear rationale and drive the creative translation of content and communication strategies to deliver impactful work.
  • Create original, persuasive, conceptually compelling visual work for campaigns and content across multi-platforms.
  • Lead and inspire the design team by reviewing their work and providing constructive, actionable feedback that improves overall output.
  • Help nurture and develop talent, encourage a collaborative environment, and help manage resources, workloads, and timelines.
  • Stay current with design trends and best practices, proactively implementing improvements in the team's design process.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of branding, visual design, art direction, and digital design.
  • Proven ability to lead hands-on with exceptional execution skills and elevate design briefs to the next level.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect design.
  • Ability to innovate by establishing new design concepts and effectively guiding the design team.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate design decisions and their rationale.
  • A strong portfolio of selected work available online (only online portfolios will be considered for evaluation).

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience ranging from €80,000 to €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance. In addition, you can expect to receive flexible working hours, 40 days of holidays of your choosing, a WFH allowance, and other benefits such as Gym membership, Private Health Insurance, and Education assistance.
