As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to users of our cutting-edge E-Health platform.
Responsibilities
Your primary mission will be to provide expert guidance, answer questions, and ensure users have a seamless experience on the platform. This involves navigating digital platforms, troubleshooting, and offering solutions that meet our high standards of quality and professionalism.
Requirements
- A native or C2 level proficiency in French and B2 level or higher in English
- A passion for helping others and providing outstanding service
- Comfort navigating digital platforms and troubleshooting
- A positive attitude and a commitment to quality
Benefits
- Base Salary: 830 EUR (14 payments/year)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 140 EUR/month for meeting KPIs
