**Company Overview**
Alphanumeric Systems Canada Ltd. is a leading provider of financial services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Financial Loss Mitigator to join our team. This individual will work remotely, utilizing their expertise to mitigate losses on mortgage-insured loans.
Responsibilities:
- Mitigate losses through accuracy and adherence with policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.
- Review and decision workout files, providing Mortgage Insurer decisions to Mortgage Servicers.
- Manage customer service, responding promptly to inquiries through various channels.
- Conduct loan level reviews to ensure Mortgage Servicer compliance with Enact servicing requirements.
- Handle multiple loan workout products on mortgage-insured loans, governed by departmental, legal, and investor guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of Loss Mitigation experience with an established mortgage insurer or mortgage banking organization.
- We will consider other relevant or similar experience.
- High school diploma (required).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong analytic and analysis skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with lending-related terminology and processes, especially related to mortgage delinquency.
- The ability to safeguard confidential customer and company information.
- The ability to follow instructions but work with minimal direct supervision.
