**The Position**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who will lead multiple projects within an end-user project team. This role requires a proactive customer-driven approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility for implementing and completing projects with the customer.
The ideal candidate will manage, engineer, plan, and resource multiple projects, working closely with the Project Developer, Commercial Manager, and technical leads.
- Operate and deliver multiple projects to customers through Schneider Electric's Quality Management System and Health and Safety Management System.
- Ensure that defined project goals, objectives, and performance measures are met or exceeded.
- Identify project issues and put proactive plans in place to resolve effectively and in a timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
2. Ensure financial control of projects, including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement, and monthly cost-to-complete reviews.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
4. Take a proactive approach to gaining all information required to progress works.
