HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Gigroup. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on multinational environments and Portuguese labor law.

• Monitor and manage HR reports and metrics for assigned management teams.
• Plan workforce and ensure timely vacancies are filled through re-assignment or recruitment.
• Manage personnel hired locally in compliance with local law.
• Drive local payroll implementation, including timesheet and expense report issues.
• Initiate new hire paperwork and immigration documentation.
• Provide advice and support on compensation and benefit questions.
• Manage labor law implications and changes.

• Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Management, or Humanities.
• 3-5 years experience in HR, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English and Portuguese spoken and written.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge, especially in Portuguese labor law and payroll process.
• Cross-cultural awareness and excellent communication skills.
