As a senior member of our ServiceNow practice, you will work closely with clients to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet their specific needs. Your expertise will be essential in guiding junior team members and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development (3 or more full project rollouts)
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferential)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two of the following areas: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written)
