Job Summary
Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) is a leading provider of financial services for Air Liquide European entities. The organization has expanded rapidly, with over 400 employees based in three office locations across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and India. The operational scope has been extended to include not only Finance but also Human Resources. As an Edm Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Performs transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes.
• Delivers physical record and document management services.
• Ensures employee and organization data integrity and compliance.
• Resolves enquiries leveraging on knowledge base documents (e.g. FAQs, job aids, policy documents, etc) within the agreed service levels as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Provides regular status updates to employees and partners, maintaining contact until request is resolved.
Requirements
• Degree in HR/Social Sciences/Administration or similar.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to ask the relevant questions to understand and clarify issues, attempt resolution and escalate problems if unable to resolve.
• Ownership and capability of working independently, taking initiative, and following up on assigned projects.
