  • Support Governance Framework Development: Assist in creating, maintaining, and reporting on governance structures within the Customer Success Operations function.
  • Drive Communication Strategy: Contribute to developing and implementing a comprehensive communication plan for the Business Operations function.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Timely and accurately report Customer Success and Operations data, feeding into global performance reports.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Worked in a global organization with a proven experience in Business operations.
