Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst (Financial Markets), you will be responsible for publishing cross-asset indices and contributing to critical operations. This role requires a strong IT background with a curiosity about financial markets and a desire to work closely with the business side.

Main Responsibilities
  • Publishing cross-asset indices spanning options-based, equity, and commodity indices
  • Contribute to critical operations and enhance your understanding of both IT and financial market operations
  • Investigating issues using tools like SQL, Excel, Splunk, Camunda, Jira, Dynatrace, Ubix, and Bloomberg
  • Providing user support throughout the index lifecycle, ensuring proper configurations across necessary systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
  • +5 years of experience
  • Strong IT background with a curiosity about financial markets
  • Advanced knowledge of tools like SQL, REST, JSON, Spring Boot, Excel, Python, financial market data, and database management systems
  • Teamwork driven
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Inetum offers a hybrid work arrangement with an office in Lisbon.
