Nespresso is a leading brand in the portioned coffee sector, known for its high-quality coffee products and commitment to research and development. Our Supply Chain Lisbon Center plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers worldwide.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply network of various products, including coffee, machines, and accessories. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our distribution centers are replenished with the right products at the right time, while meeting business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external manufacturers to ensure successful production planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain 18-month production plans, taking into account total requirements and supply constraints.
  • Analyze and evaluate supply plans and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs.
  • Optimize inventory levels in International Distribution Centers to achieve sustainable Stock Availability levels.
  • Collaborate with the Category Demand Planner to drive forecast accuracy improvement and ensure successful product launches and phase-outs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, Factory Planning, Demand Planning, or Logistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP-APO and SAP-R3 is a plus.
  • Ability to develop reports on PowerBI is a plus.
